Fulfillment Policy

All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a leading payment processor. When you make a purchase:

• Your payment will be immediately confirmed via email
• Access to digital products will typically be granted within 24–48 hours of confirmed payment
• Initial payment processing may take 7–14 days to complete on our end

Upon successful payment, you will receive access instructions via the email address provided at checkout.

• Access timelines vary by product, but most programs are delivered within 48 hours of purchase
• Some digital experiences begin on a specific future date (e.g., live programs, group trainings). In those cases, access details will be provided via email ahead of the start date
• All materials are delivered through our secure platform, community, or client portal
• Unless otherwise stated, access to digital products is granted for 12 months from the date of enrollment

• In the event of payment failure, you will be notified immediately
• You will have a seven (7) day grace period to update your payment information
• If payment is not received within the grace period, access to the product will be discontinued
• You remain responsible for the full cost of the product, regardless of continued access

All materials and content provided are the exclusive property of LunaX.

• Your purchase grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, educational use only
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any materials without express written consent
• Sharing, teaching, or distributing program content outside of enrolled participants is strictly prohibited

By purchasing or participating in any LunaX program, course, training, or live event, you grant LunaX the right to capture and use your likeness.

• This includes photos, video recordings, and audio captured during sessions
• Content may be used for marketing, promotional, educational, or commercial purposes
• Usage may include social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertising materials
• No additional compensation or approval is required

All program materials, including videos, documents, frameworks, and proprietary systems, are confidential.

• You agree not to reproduce, share, or disclose this information outside the program
• This obligation remains in effect for five (5) years from your date of enrollment
• This applies even after completion or termination of the program

Due to the digital and proprietary nature of LunaX programs:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• No partial refunds, credits, or cancellations will be issued
• By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Immediate termination of access without refund
• Legal action to protect intellectual property
• Reporting to relevant authorities or professional networks, if applicable
